Glenrix offers Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Features available under each plan are described on our website and may change over time with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all data, records, invoices, and files you create or upload through Glenrix. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the financial records, customer data, and documents you create using Glenrix. Glenrix is a tool — it does not provide accounting, legal, or tax advice.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, and will endeavour to notify users in advance where possible.
We are not liable for losses caused by service outages, data loss due to technical failures, or disruptions to third-party integrations (such as WhatsApp Business API).
All aspects of the Glenrix platform — including the interface, invoice templates, code, brand, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to Glenrix. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without written permission.
The Glenrix name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks and may not be used without consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glenrix and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Glenrix in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that invoices, calculations, or records will meet any specific legal or regulatory requirement.
You may close your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases. We will retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for account recovery, after which it is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
